The designer will visit the site independently and take measurements, photographs, and record any existing on and off site elements, views and conditions that are relevant to the landscape’s potential. 

The designer will return to the office to develop a to-scale site map based on the information from the initial meeting and site survey.  It may be necessary to have several on-site visits to check design accuracy, preliminary concepts and ideas.
