This will be an onsite meeting where the homeowner and designer discuss landscape objectives, challenges and potential solutions. We will develop guidelines for a design plan that will fit the clients’ needs and desires.

The designer will discuss design fees that will apply to the clients’ unique project.  There will be a retainer fee and contract to be signed before the designer can perform further services.

The designer will ask the potential client to have a copy of the site plan available and the client questionnaire completed before initial meeting date.
